EPC Risk Management

Risk management is the systematic process of identifying, assessing, and addressing potential threats and opportunities that could impact an organization's objectives. This spans across all phases of the EPC project lifecycle, ensuring that risk are not forgotten or buried in subsequent phases like operation / decommissioning.

We have vast experience on large scale infrastructure EPC projects in all project lifecycle stages including selloffs, bank launches and JV management.

We use Monte-Carlo simulations to calculate risk reserves percentiles, delay scenarios, what-if and various other project specific analysis all in all to help management and the project team Priorities, create Options and hold Reserves/Contingency. Our approach is founded in the sciences of decision theory, game theory and the accosted mathematically disciplines and we are a dedicated advocate for Quantitative Risk Management.

We operate within tools that are appropriately recognized, i.e. palisade descent suite - @Risk, or Oracle's Primavera Risk Analyser.
