Project controls manager
The project controls manager / PMO manager is a role in which the project supporting disciplines belongs within the same umbrella. Planning, Risk, Change management, Interface management and Cost controlling. The project reporting cycle needs to be aligned across disciplines e.g. input deadlines, baselining, QA and reviews before releasing to management and Portfolio.
The PCM/PMO is the right hand for the Project Manager ensuring that the coherency of the PM triangle of responsibility; Time, Cost and scope.

It's the PCM/PMOs task to steer and align the supporting disciplines and we have extensive experience within all of these disciplines.

The role varies dependent on where the projects are in the lifecycle and we can help in the resource ramp-up/down needed for the most efficient project support disciplines setup.

We are highly experienced in Oracle's Primavera P6, supporting all aspect of the PCM/PMO role.
